A reminder that the new class timetable has resumed, please note that for personal reasons I have dropped two classes from this year. There will no longer be a Thursday lunchtime class and the Friday class in Darnick is now one class run on a book-a-space (drop-in) basis so spaces will be at a premium.
For those of you unsure about how this works, I request that you contact me either by text, mobile phone or email to book a place and my phone is available for bookings FROM 8 AM ON MONDAY MORNINGS. These classes are charged at £8 per class. Could I ask that you please ALWAYS put your name at the end of your text messages as I don't keep a record of everybody's individual phone numbers, many thanks.

SUMMER HOLIDAY CLASSES WILL RUN FROM
TUESDAY 2 JULY UNTIL FRIDAY 16 AUGUST THIS YEAR
PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM AWAY FROM THE 16TH UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST - NORMAL CLASS TIMETABLE WILL RESUME FROM TUESDAY 3 SEPTEMBER
Tuesdays 9.30 – 10.30 am Border Physio Clinic
Wednesdays 12.15 – 1.15 pm Border Physio Clinic
Wednesdays 7.15 – 8.15 pm Border Physio Clinic
Thursdays 6.15 – 7.15 pm Border Physio Clinic
Fridays 9.30 – 10.30 am Darnick Village Hall
All classes are mixed classes open to men and women, and are ideal for all who are interested in maintaining their Pilates over the summer holidays. Charges are £8 per class.
No classes will be run on a block basis. As usual, we will do the phone, text or email method at least 24 hrs prior to any class again, so that I can get an idea of numbers. For those of you used to this system, I check my phone and email for bookings from 8 am on Mondays. Please remember to put your name at the end of your text message.
PLEASE NOTE: if there are 3 people or less booked in to come to a class, that class will be cancelled, so please make sure to BOOK IN EARLY.
A decision will be made to cancel the class if numbers are low up to 4 hours before each class.
For anybody thinking about trying Pilates, I'd recommend a one-to-one session first to get an idea of the concept behind Pilates, as well as the Basic Principles which can be quite tricky to master initially. Once you've had some practise, it's all a lot easier!

Personally, it is a minor miracle that I enjoy Pilates very much. Exercise is not my first love but your Pilates has changed me.
